Does Da need to toughen up? Can Da toughen up? Can he throw in a rock 'n' roll curve ball? Is there a fire roaring in his belly? Can he tear the playhouse down and rebuild it with his guitar strings? We will never find out until he leaves behind the comfort zone that is 'The Habit'. The name's a give-away, Da. Pastures new await.
ReplyDeleteLuckily, the other FBs don't take Terry's tough stance on Da's gentle musical style. We like him, as Billy Joel said, 'just the way you are'. His soft amd mushy centre does just fine for us.
ReplyDeleteThat's Terry's problem - shooting from the hip without considering the consequences. He needs a shot of reality.
ReplyDeleteAnd a shot of redemption?
ReplyDeleteAnything but a shot of love. The man's incapable of it. Ouch!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see Da teamed with Jay Z.
ReplyDelete- A Guardian reader
I'd like to see Da in an Eskimo outfit, stood beside Frank Bruno, Linford Christie, The Krankies and Lionel Blair. Something like the Band on the Run cover, with a twist.
ReplyDeleteThis says more about you, I think...
